Propylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate. Waglinol 2/7680 by Industrial Quimica Lasem S.A.U is a dry emollient. It acts as a solvent and dispersant for sunscreen filters and pigments. It is used as coupling agent for fragrances.
