Trilaureth-4 phosphate. ILCO PHOS 300 by ILCO Chemikalien acts as an emulsifier. It is produced by direct esterification of phosphorus acid with C12/14 natural alcohol ethoxylate and subsequent neutralization with sodium hydroxide. Low amounts are sufficient to achieve highly stable emulsions. It allows the manufacture of emulsions with polar oils and UV filters. ILCO PHOS 300 finds application in creams & lotions.
