Allergen blocker and skin protectant that has an excellent affinity to skin and forms a continuous, tack-free, flexible, non oily, non-greasy film, which provides an invisible barrier to environmental allergens and irritants. Exhibits gloss or sheen. Improves substantivity of actives in foundation makeup, sunscreens and anti-bacterial products. Provides unique "after feel" characteristics in skin care products. Reduces tackiness. Improves lubricity. Easily formulated in both dilute and concentrated forms with common cosmetic ingredients including conditioners, antimicrobials, vitamins and fragrances, emulsions, liquid products lotions and sprays.
