Oleic acid (and) Lecithin (and) Terminalia Arjuna Extract. LOOK Oléoactif® by Hallstar is an oil-based, biomimetic, eco-designed eye contour rejuvenation agent. It is obtained through the patented Oléo-éco-extraction technology, it captures the protective, cardiotonic molecules from terminalia arjuna. It decreases dark circles & eye bags and gives a fresher, smoother and younger look.
