(Hallstar) BioCreme Concentrate™

Aqua (and) Sodium Acrylate (and) C13-C14 (and) Isoparaffin (and) Octyl Palmitate (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Laureth-7. BioCreme Concentrate™ by Hallstar is an emulsion base (concentrate) that is ready-to-use. It allows to make elegant and stable creams or lotions at room temperatures with little mixing time. It contains the proper proportion of emulsifier, stabilizer, ester and preservatives to facilitate consistent and stable emulsions by simply adding water (or other aqueous ingredients) and any desired oils (fixed or essential) and liquified (melted) exotic butters and/or fragrance. BioCreme Concentrate™ is used in creams and lotions.
