Camelina Sativa Seed Oil (and) Thymus Vulgaris Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract. CLEAR Oléoactif® by Hallstar is an antioxidant and anti-acne active. It is an anti-blemish solution for a clearer complexion. It is an active ingredient based on the sustainable use of an organic thyme co-product with remarkable properties. It has a powerful comedolytic effect. This ingredient preserves the epidermis structure from lesions induced by C. acnes. For maximum efficacy, it targets the main mechanisms involved in imperfection-prone skin. It is a substantiated oil-based active ingredient obtained through the patented Oléo-éco-extraction patented green process technology. It provides blemished skin with the fatty acids that they need. This 100% French origin, oil-based, eco-designed & vegetal ingredient contains two powerful biomarkers, thymol and carvacrol, which are extracted at a rate of 90.2% and 92.9% respectively, according to HPLC analysis. It shows proven efficacy at 1% dose. This ingredient combats hyperkeratinization and modulates inflammation by inhibiting completely 5-LOX activity and IL-8 release by -57%. Also, reduces the number of retentional and inflammatory lesions by -36% and -15.5%. It decreases sebum secretion by -35% and inflammation-induced redness by -11.5%, resulting in soothed and less shiny skin. It reduces redness and signs of inflammation.
