Acrylates Copolymer. AvoBrite™ by Hallstar acts as a sunscreen active photostabilizer and film former. It is a copolymer-based system combining the benefits of novel photostabilizing chromophores with the film former properties of a copolymer base. It allows to create even sun protection production product (China-approved as well) with high SPF (50+) and PFA claims, particularly PA++++ products with minimal active concentration and the highest possible efficacy claims. is a faster excited state quencher than Octocrylene while also providing for multi-benefit claims in sun protection formulations, like film forming properties. As a polymer, it enhances the water resistance of products a well. It has been clinically proven to protect Avobenzone from degrading upon sun exposure and releasing damaging free radicals. AvoBrite™ is suggested for use in after sun care products, beach wear sun care, daily wear sun care, facial color cosmetics and facial skin care formulations.
