Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane. TC-WAX 2501C by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a silicone wax with low melting point. It has membrane property that melts upon contact with the skin which helps to smooth and soften it. It can also thicken cream and lotion.
