Amodimethicone (and) Laureth-7 (and) Isolaureth-6 (and) Glycerin. TC-2115POE by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a micro silicone emulsion which is particularly good to damaged hair. It provides excellent wet and dry combability, lubricity and absorption to hair. It repairs damaged hair as well as offers good softening ability, excellent conditioning ability, affinity and manageability to hair.
- It has excellent adhesive, penetrating ability with its unique physical and chemical characteristics.
- TC-2115POE is used in conditioner, 2 in 1 shampoo, special treatment to dyed hair or perm, styling- and other hair care products.
- It has a shelf life of 9 months.
