Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Cross Polymer. SALTEX A10 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a new strongly salt-resistant thickener polymer. It has distinct thickening performance when adding salt. It provides excellent electrolyte resistance, efficient thickening stability and good compatibility with active ingredients. It is especially suitable for formulations which contain plant extracts with high electrolyte and functional actives.
- It provides high transparency in gel formulations and maintains both clarity and viscosity even in the presence of certain electrolytes.
- It enhances the emulsion, combine the function of thickening and emulsion in formulations of lotion, serum, cream with electrolytes or actives.
- It is effective across a wide pH range (4–11) and is compatible with ethanol and various other solvents, surfactants, alpha hydroxy acid, salicylic acid, water-soluble UV filters and pigments.
- It is used for in skin care, facial mask, serum, lotion, cream and sunscreen lotion/cream.
- It is also designed for personal cleanser products that are hard to thicken, like amino acid cleanser gel, shower gel, make-up O/W formulations and products with special effect, like pudding and wire-drawing.
- SALTEX A10 has a shelf life of 24 months.
