Polyquaternium-7. POLYQUTA 550R by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a quaternized multipolymer that acts as a cationic conditioner. It has good water-solubility and compatibility with anionic, cationic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants.
