Polyquaternium-10. POLYQUTA 125 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a water-soluble cationic polymer that acts as a cationic conditioner. It provides good thickening and anti-static performance. It is compatible with all kinds of surfactant.
