Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride. GUAR 16S by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a cationic conditioning agent. It is a quaternate transparent water-soluble derivative of hydroxypropyl guar. It forms a breathable film on hair and skin, providing effective anti-static performance, protection, moisturization, conditioning, and lubricity.
- Due to extra surface treatment, it is easily dispersed in water.
- Its aqueous solution is clear and transparent, making it well-suited for use in transparent formulations.
- It has strong affinity to hair and skin keratin, helping to reduce irritation caused by surfactants.
- It improves dry & wet comb ability of hair, imparts hair gloss, silky-feeling and manageability.
- It offers good compatibility with anionic, cationic, nonionic and amphoteric emulsifier.
- It is recommended for 2 in 1 shampoo, conditioner, hair treatment, hand soap, body wash, facial cleanser, skin lotion and cream.
- GUAR 16S has a shelf life of 24 months.
