Polyquaternium-7. Acts as a hair conditioning agent. It is a quaternized multipolymer, with good water-solubility and compatibility with anionic, cationic, non-ionic & amphoteric surfactants. It can improve dry & wet combability, emollience and gloss of hair. It is affinitive to keratin of hair and skin & imparts lubricious and moist feeling. Provides excellent curl retention. Recommended for use in shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
