Cyclopentasiloxane, PEG-10 Dimethicone, Disteardimonium Hectorite. It is an emulsifier/stabilizer blend for W/O emulsions. It is perfect for preparation of emulsions containing large amounts of silicone/polar oils; provides stable W/O emulsions with smooth texture and remarkable spreadability. It can make ultra-light elegant W/O cream. Used to formulate perfumes & fragrances, sun care (sun protection, after-sun & self-tanning), skin care (facial care, facial cleansing, body care, baby care) and decorative cosmetics/make-up products.
