Amodimethicone (and) Cetrimonium Chloride (and) Trideceth-12. Hony 121 by Guangzhou Hony New Material is a cationic emulsion of an amine-functional polymer. It is designed for hair care-, perm- & hair coloring agent. It could be mixed into anionic, cationic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactant systems. It provides lasting flushing smooth feel and short time-cost on combing wet hair. Hony 121 is used in baked ointments, conditioners and shampoos. It can be stored for 12 months from the date of production below 32°C.
