BT-1346

Cyclopentasiloxane. BT-1346 by Guangzhou Batai Chemical acts as a carrier. It is a volatile polydimethylsiloxane composed mainly of cyclopentasiloxane. It is clear, tasteless, essentially odorless, non-greasy and anti-sticking. It has Low surface tension and can improve the formula and tactility. It is compatible with many cosmetics components and features good solubility in most anhydrous alcohols and in many cosmetic solvents. It offers excellent spreading, easy rub-out and lubrication properties. It leaves no oily residue or build-up and imparts soft silky feel to the skin. BT-1346 is used in antiperspirants, deodorants, hair sprays, cleansing creams, skin creams, lotions and stick products, bath oils, suntan and shaving products, make-up and nail polishes. It has the shelf life of 2 years.
