It is non-toxic, environment friendly, harmless to the water quality and do not contain any heavy metals. It is non-flammable, non-conductive and resistant to high temperature. Moreover, it has special surface structure, high refractive index and high transparent appearance. It offers weather resistance, gorgeous soft pearl gloss and excellent dispersing performance. QC 219 is used to formulate nail polishes, lip gloss, powders and lipsticks.
