Moisture enhancing polymeric delivery system. Acts as moisture retaining agent by forming an invisible, water-soluble film that exhibits excellent bio-adhesion. This composition is also an excellent vehicle for adding a peptide system or other anti-aging actives for controlled deliver to the skin. It is associative hydrogel that is flexible, invisible and moisture retaining for many hours. These attributes help contribute to a favorable environment for enhanced active delivery. The polymeric matrix is readily rehydrated when exposed to external moisture and provides a beneficial sensory profile during application and extended wear. Can be formulated into oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions, and other water systems. Aqueous InvisaSkin polymer dispersions can be readily added to the water phase of most formula types; suggested use level is 5-10%. Used in skincare, color cosmetic, acne, sun care, and post-sun formulations.
