Dimethicone (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone. Gransurf 50C by Grant Industries acts as water-in-Oil (W/O) emulsifier with HLB value of ~4.5 also act as a thickening agent for emulsions. It is highly concentrated with 50% active solids. Reduces possible irritation profile, can be combined with an additional emulsifier for enhanced stability, assists in dispersing pigments for better coverage. Gransurf 50C is also used as carrier for emollients, moisturizing agents, organic sunscreens, skin care, color cosmetic, sun care and hair care formulations. It is designed to be formulated for water-in-oil emulsions.
