Granpowder T-35

Alumina (and) Titanium Dioxide (and) Polymethylsilsesquioxane (and) Stearic Acid. Granpowder T-35 by Grant Industries acts as a sunscreen active. It is a 35% solid dispersion of ultrafine titanium dioxide with polymethylsilsesquioxane which provides enhanced superb feel due to spherical polymethylsilsesquioxane. Because it is finely dispersed among larger "balls", the titanium dioxide does not have any scratchy feel but instead features a superb smooth feel and transparent appearance on skin. It offers both UVA (320-400nm) and UVB (280-320nm) protection, improved photo-stability and lower irritation profile compared to chemical sunscreen agents. It can be combined with Granpowder T-35 for optimal sun protection. It is dispersible in a variety of oils. It is a very unique UV filter ingredient for color cosmetic applications such as press powder, lipstick, hot-pour foundation, etc.
