It is highly pure and a chemically synthesized form of a naturally occurring mineral. It gets easily dispersed and has no microbial issues. It is characterized by an internal structure of pore and is an environmentally friendly alternative to polyethylene microbeads and other microplastics. Grace® Exfoliating Silicas absorbs moisture to protect powders and powdered mixes from caking and to maintain free-flow, thereby increasing self-life.
