VP/Hexadecene Copolymer (and) Octyldodecanol. Unimer U-1946 by Givaudan acts as a sensory-, anti-pollution- and film forming agent. It offers long-lasting effect, increased pigments spreading, uniformization of pigments on skin, increased wash-off resistance, eyelashes volumizing effect, sweat proof and antipollution properties. It is used in mascara, foundation, lipstick, lip gloss, sunscreen and antipollution. Unimer U-1946 is China IECIC certified.
