Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwi) Fruit Extract (and) Aqua. Fresh Cells™ Kiwi PFE by Gattefossé is an antioxidant, lightening/whitening and protective agent. It results from a specific controlled enzymatic micro-dissociation (CEMD) process. It is a cellular suspension of fresh fruit cells, gathered in a protective medium that preserves their nutrients, vitamins, and trace elements in a natural microcapsule. When it comes into contact with the skin, it is broken down by enzymes in the epidermis, releasing precious contents. This non-animal and vegetal origin-based ingredient is rich in vitamins C & E and polyphenols. It exhibits anti-radical effect against hydroxyl radical. It protects young skin and helps to prevent oxidative stress or from the damaging effects of pollutants.
