Hippophae Rhamnoides Fruit Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract. Acts as a healing active. It is derived from seabuckthorn fruit and stabilized with rosemary antioxidant. Contains 30-40% palmitic acid (C16:0), 22-40% palmitoleic acid (C16:1) and 1-7%
of unsaponifiable ingredients such as carotenoids, sterols, alkanols and tocopherols and no reproducible microorganisms. Palmitoleic acid is rarely found in plant oils but being a component of skin lipids especially suitable for taking care of the skin being a component of skin lipids. It is used for treatment of damaged skin and mucous membrans, in cosmetics for skin care preparations, for wound healing, increasing the granulation, in sun cream for alleviation of
sunburn.
