Water, Glycerin, Steareth-20, Hydroxysuccinimide, Chrysin, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-3. Is a mixing ingredient that helps to reduce the appearance of broken capillaries, a condition that contributes to the appearance of darkness under the eyes. As well as helping to eliminate this excess pigment, it increases the thickness (density) of the skin, making it less susceptible to damaage and aging. Used in eye contour care, dark-circle treatments, concealers etc.
