Distearoylethyl Dimonium Chloride (and) Cetearyl Alcohol. VARISOFT® EQ 65 MB by Evonik is a readily biodegradable esterquat with excellent conditioning performance. It improves the conditioning properties of wet and dry hair and can also act as an emulsifier providing a sensory profile typical of cationic emulsions. It offers substantivity to hair and skin. It provides improved detangling, superior dry combing & dry feel and wet combing of hair. VARISOFT® EQ 65 MB is recommended for hair conditioners (rinse-off and leave-in) & skin-care creams and lotions.
