Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (and) Sodium Citrate (and) Magnesium Stearate (and) Xanthan Gum. SYMBIO® PROT V MB by Evonik is a PEG-free, 100% natural vegetable protein-based O/W emulsifier. It is composed of a unique system based on hydrolyzed pea protein combined with a polysaccharide-derived gelling agent. It provides a flexible processing, light and silky sensorial profile. It is optimized for stabilizing low to medium viscous emulsions. It does not require additional polymeric thickeners. Emulsions over a pH range of 4.5-7.0 can be formulated. It is compatible with many kinds of emollients and oils. SYMBIO® PROT V MB is recommended for body sprays, face serums, natural cosmetics, after sun- and men-care.
