Isoamyl Laurate. dermofeel® sensolv MB by Evonik is a liquid lipophilic emollient ester of isoamyl alcohol and fatty acid of 100% vegetable origin. It is a clear, low-viscous emollient that provides a light & non-sticky skin feel. It gives high SPF formulations feasible due to very good solubilization of crystalline UV filters. It shows good stabilizing properties in color cosmetics due to excellent wetting properties of hydrophobic coated pigments and hair conditioning without greasy or heavy residues or no build-up. It offers efficient combing force reduction, antistatic effect and improvement of foam characteristics (foam boosting & creamy foam.
