Bis-PEG/PPG-16/16 PEG/PPG-16/16 Dimethicone (and) Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride. ABIL® Care 85 MB by Evonik is a silicone polyether-based O/W emulsifier. It is compatible with a wide range of cosmetic oils. It is an easy to handle and non-ionic grade. Suitable for cold and hot processable emulsions. Offers velvety and silky skin feel. It creates strong impact on the after feel of emulsion preparations. It reduces the tackiness of glycerine and dry feel of waxy stabilizers. Provides long-lasting, skin smoothing and sensory benefits. Recommended for sunscreen, after sun-, baby- and skin care products. Used for wipes, lotions and sprayable emulsions.
