Macadamia ternifolia seed oil. Esperis-Macadamia oil acts as an emollient. Around 60% of the product is oleic acid, 19% is palmitoleic acid, 2.8% is linoleic acid, and around 1% is linolenic acid. Palmitoleic acid is an essential acid found in the sebo, which has a natural affinity with the skin. It has nutritive, firming, and tonic-circulatory properties. It has an excellent absorbent and fluidity, as well as being non-greasy. It is very emollient and thus mostly adequate for dry or aged skin. It has elevated properties of oxidative stabilization that make it useful as a base element for sun creams. It is recommended for marked skin (scars, chaps or cracks, fissures) and skin with blotches. Esperis-Macadamia Oil can be used by patting onto hands & hair and for massages all over the body. Recommended dosage level is 2-10% and over.
