Polyglyceryl-3 Stearate. EmulWelt® PGS by ErlenWelt is a versatile oil-in-water (O/W) emulsifier. It is completely natural and manufactured from the renewable vegetable sources rape seed and palm oil. It can be complemented with other co-emulsifiers, texturizers and rheology modifiers, to achieve a variety of textures.
