MEADOWQUAT® HG-70

PEG-2 Dimeadowfoamamidoethylmonium Methosulfate. MEADOWQUAT® HG-70 by Elementis acts as a conditioning agent. It is produced by reacting meadowfoam seed oil to form this sulfated (non-chloride) quaternium compound. It is a non-animal origin ingredient that provides moisturization, leaving behind a smooth feel. It imparts shine and body, and eases combability.
