Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride. ECOPOL-261 acts as a thickening and conditioning agent. It is a cationic (quaternary) guar gum polymer derived from renewable vegetable source and has high molecular weight. The moderately substituted cationic charged polymer is substantive to anionic surfaces & compatible with most anionic surfactants. The cationic charge provides substantivity to hair and skin. Provides a soft and luxurious after-feel. It delivers better foam stability, lather and skin lubrication to aerosol shaving creams. Used in conditioning shampoos, cream rinse conditioners, lotions, creams, liquid soaps, facial emulsions and other personal care products.
