Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (38-59%) (and) Titanium Dioxide (38-53%) (and) Ferric Ferrocyanide (3-8%) (and) Tin Oxide (0-1%). Syncrystal® Sapphire by Eckart is a fine colored pearl pigment with a sapphire blue bulk color for intense blue shades and shimmering effects in color cosmetics and personal care products. It creates velvet like gloss and an elegantly sparkling appearance. It allows superior silky skin feel, outstanding chroma, cleaner colors and significantly lower level of impurities compared to natural mica based pigments. Recommended to use in creams and lotions. Syncrystal® Sapphire is used in eye- & face area, hair- and nail care products. It complies with European cosmetics directives and 21 CFR US government regulations. It has a shelf life of 36 months.
