Hydroxybutyric Acid/Hydroxypentanoic Acid Copolymer. ECOFIL® B 110 by Eckart is a natural micronized polymer filler. It also acts as a mattifying agent to fine tune subtle properties of formulations, like application behavior or skin feel.
  • It is obtained from renewable sources, namely naturally fermented, non-genetically modified corn.
  • Offers immediate anti-aging effect, good spreadability, easy dispersion and cost control in production.
  • Due to its total transmittance & haze properties, it possesses good soft-focus potential, which helps to reduce skin imperfections like freckles or small wrinkles and boosts a healthy & natural skin appearance.
  • ECOFIL® B 110 is suitable for personal care applications and decorative cosmetics such as nail polishes.
  • It is biodegradable and does not leave any long-lasting microplastic residues after wash-off or disposal.
  • It has a shelf life of 24 months.
