Sambucus Nigra Flower Extract. ALPAFLOR® SAMBUCUS AO by DSM-Firmenich is an astringent, anti-redness and venotonic agent. It reduces VEGF biosynthesis and is preserved with sodium benzoate & potassium sorbate. Used in formulating products against the appearance of puffiness and heavy legs. It contains flavonoids (rutin), phenolic acids, tannins and mucilages as active ingredients. It is ECOCERT, COSMOS, Fair trade and NATRUE certified. ALPAFLOR® SAMBUCUS AO is listed in IECSC inventory.
