EcoSmooth™ Universal Fluid 1100

EcoSmooth™ Universal Fluid 1100 by Dow is a novel cosmetic carrier fluid. It is sourced from sustainable feedstocks as by-product from wood, sugar cane or wheat harvests. It is ultimately biodegradable and has a good safety profile, making it ideal for the formulation of very high natural content products. It offers good spreadability, soft, non-greasy, non-tacky and light feel. EcoSmooth™ Universal Fluid 1100 is partly volatile, allowing good play time but still low residue after feel.
