Trimethylsiloxysilicate (100%). DOWSIL™ MQ-1600 SOLID RESIN by Dow acts as a film former. It provides long-lasting effect, color durability & intensity, non-tacky feel, ease of formulation, excellent transfer-, wash-off- & sebum resistance. In sunscreens, it can enhance the SPF potential. It is solvent-free and is compatible with silicone & organic carriers. It increases the final viscosity of the carrier, resulting in improved stability in emulsions and lipsticks. DOWSIL™ MQ-1600 SOLID RESIN finds application in formulating color cosmetics, skin care and sun care products. It is Vegan suitable. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
