Bis-Isobutyl PEG/PPG-10/7/Dimethicone Copolymer. DOWSIL™ FZ-2233 acts as an emulsifier. It is a silicone polyether block copolymer (ABn) and is designed to produce water-in-silicone and water-in-oil emulsions with a creamy and rich appearance. It provides light and non-greasy after feel on the skin. It makes stable w/s emulsions containing a high level of antiperspirant (AP) salts into the water phase. Moreover, it disperses pigments such as mica and zinc oxide into silicone carriers. It offers formulation flexibility with a broad range of silicone and organic oil phases. It exhibits ease of use and cold or hot processing. DOWSIL™ FZ-2233 finds application in formulating clear shampoos, color cosmetics, antiperspirants, deodorants, skin-care, hair-care and sun-care products. Complies with DSL, KECI, REACH, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS/ISHL, PICCS, NZIoC and AICS.
