It is a silicone elastomer blended with a low viscosity (5 cSt) dimethicone. It provides silky, smooth and long-lasting skin feel. Moreover, it non-flammable, not tested on animals and hot & cold processable. DOWSIL™ EL-9241 DM Silicone Elastomer Blend finds application in formulating color cosmetics and skin-care products.
