It is a crystal clear 50% dispersion of a high molecular weight silicone surfactant (polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene copolymer) in isoparaffin. It is used to prepare low to high water content water-in-silicone or mixed oil phases emulsion systems to deliver both non-polar and polar ingredients. Moreover, it provides clear, soft to hard and pigmented silicone gels. DOWSIL™ BY 25-337 finds application in formulating color cosmetics, antiperspirants, deodorants, skin-care, sun-care and hair-care products. Complies with NZIoC, KECI, REACH, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS/ISHL, PICCS, DSL, TCSI and AICS.
