Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. DOWSIL™ 9852L Cosmetic Powder Dispersion by Dow is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer in cyclopentasiloxane.
