DOWSIL™ 969 Emulsion

Amodimethicone (and) Cetrimonium chloride (and) Trideceth-3 (and) Trideceth-15. DOWSIL™ 969 Emulsion by Dow is a non-GMO conditioning agent. It is a 30% cationic emulsion of an amine functional silicone polymer. It provides heat protection, soft feel, superior conditioning and slipperiness in dry & wet hair and is easy to formulate into hair treatment products. It preserves hair resistance to breakage and leads to more aligned hair after blow drying. Moreover, it reduces number of iron passes to optimize straightening and enables straightened hair to maintain its styling for a longer time. DOWSIL™ 969 Emulsion finds application in formulating rinse-off & leave-in conditioners, shampoos, hair colorants, perms and styling products. Complies with REACH, AIIC, KECI, TCSI, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS, DSL, PICCS and EINICS. The shelf life of the product is 360 days. It is Vegan suitable.
