DEXCARE™ CD-2 Polymer

Dextran Hydroxypropyltrimonium/Laurdimonium Chloride. DEXCARE™ CD-2 Polymer by Dow functions as a conditioning and foaming agent. It is recommended for use as a deposition aid for benefit agents or oils in shampoos and can also serve as a standalone conditioning agent in rinse-off or leave-on conditioners. DEXCARE™ CD-2 Polymer offers a low viscosity solution for ease of use. It enhances manageability by improving both dry and wet combing performance. It is preservative free, GMO-free and its biodegradable nature makes it suitable for sustainable product development. It helps reduce friction, improve hair alignment, restore hydrophobicity and increase resistance to breakage.
