ACULYN™ F1 Polymer

Supplied byDow- Last Updated on Sep 17, 2025

Acrylates Copolymer. ACULYN™ F1 Polymer by Dow is a hydrophobically modified alkali-swellable emulsion rheology modifier. It is cold-processible and used as a texture enhancer and thickener, making it suitable for creating clear systems. It enables clear, transparent systems and exhibits excellent suspending capabilities across a broad pH range (3–11), including low pH values. It has an anionic nature. It effectively suspends beads and bubbles, provides a smooth flow and is compatible with a wide variety of surfactants, including mild types. It also works well with typical ingredients used in cleansing products. ACULYN™ F1 Polymer supports efficient thickening and suspension in both sulfate-free and sulfate-based surfactant systems. It is recommended for bath, shower, hair care and face care products. It contains sodium benzoate as a preservative.
