ACULYN™ 33A Rheology Modifier

Acrylates Copolymer. ACULYN™ 33A Rheology Modifier by Dow is a versatile cost-effective Alkali-swellable Emulsions (ASE) thickener and suspending agent with short flow recommended for cleansing products, O/W emulsions and two-packs hair dyes systems.

• It is able to formulate clear products and formulations are stable in pH 4 to 12.
• It gives flat pH/viscosity response in the range pH 6.5 to 10.
• It is an easy to handle cold-processable liquid enabling instant neutralization/thickening.
• Allows for use of continuous production processes with use of in-line static mixers.
• It can be used with moderate level of electrolytes including divalent.
• ACULYN™ 33A Rheology Modifier provides soft, non-greasy, non-sticky textures.
• It is used in shampoos, liquid hand soaps, 2-part oxidative hair coloration, depilatories, leave-on moisturizing lotions and creams, and O/W emulsions.
