Dibutyl Lauroyl Glutamide. DJ LG by DJC is an oil thickener, stabilizer and oil gelling agent. It can control the gel strengths and viscosity. It is derived from L-glutamic acid. It can give transparent look and non-sticky use feeling in the oil stick product. It can be used to form clean hard oil sticks and clear oil gels. It increases the viscosity of oils, improves pigment dispersion and stability of emulsions. It also helps to reduce oiliness and can make transparent gel or stick. It contains no preservatives and antioxidants. It is applicable in lipstick, lip-gloss, eyeliner, mascara, cream, oil serum, hair-, sun- and skin care products. DJ LG has a shelf life of 24 months.
