WD- CB2

Carbon Black (CI 77266) (and) Aqua. WD- CB2 by Daito Kasei Kogyo is a water-based dispersion of carbon black. It is dust-free and offers superior dispersibility. It contains RSPO MB certified oil, dispersing agent and preservative. It has high solid content and allows stable dispersion at low viscosity. WD- CB2 is easy to formulate and used in eye liner and mascara. It is approved by FDA.
