Oleth-5 Phosphate (and) Dioleyl Phosphate. SP Crodafos™ HCE MBAL by Croda acts as an emulsifier. It enhances coacervation allowing for the creation of highly functional, clear and opaque shampoo systems. It provides wide pH tolerance and stability. It can be used in both hair color base and developer.
